| Our structure represents the perfect place for people who are in need of going to Venice to work or on holiday: close to the rail station (S.Lucia), it’s at the same time very easy to reach and not too far from the most popular tourist attractions in the city, such S.Marco Square or Rialto Bridge. Then, it’s close to Lista di Spagna, but not inside it, and therefore it’s silent and quiet but in the middle of one of the most full of life “calli” of Venice, which is also near Canal Grande. Our rooms have been entirely restructured in 2003, so they are well done, big and very comfortable, the right place for each kind of customer, since they differentiate as you look at the various types of services they offer. Therefore it is possible to satisfy young students who prefer low cost trips, adults who travel for job and families or couples who need something more, such a room with a lot of facilities but not too expensive.
Imagine you are walking around a fog-wall, and the city seems like a mystery island, where dreams meet the reality. Imagine San Marco Lagoon similar to movie scenes, when the sun suddenly disappears and everyone stays there without breath, looking for the right path in that “dedalus” of small streets, as a blind man in an unknown city…
