The hotel is located in San Giovanni, Termini area, 20 minutes walking time from train station and only 5 minutes from Manzoni Metro station.
Rooms vary in size and in style, they are in good condition and offer all modern comforts. Bathrooms are also in good condition. The hotel has a big breakfast room.
The hotel has 4 floors old villa surrounded by a narrow garden on the front and a private parking on the back. There is also a nice terrace with panoramic view. Lobby is small and basic with the reception desk on the right and the bar on the left side of the entrance.
